I'm glad this is going, I used to work there and that place was a rabbit warren. It makes no sense for the credit union to have staff spread over this building, optus house and light square as well. Rationalisation of it's office space is a good idea, the only thing is when they do consolidate that's going to leave a lot of empty office space to be soaked up so expect a spike in the vacancy rate of the CBD when they do.

The old Earl of Zetland Hotel, which was recently demolished. This was taken in 1995, prior to its closing.

Are you sure that this isn't the Ibis Hotel building on Grenfell, Phenom? Really though, at this point in construction it looks almost identical in my opinion.
