Some window reveals both from Ward St and from Brougham place. Note there appears to be some roof top patio /BBQ area ?

This one is looking good. Does anyone know what is happening with the next stages? I note for stage 2, they'll have to demolish the apartment block next door.

Amended plans for stage 2 on line. The design has been some what dumbed down but height increased to 57m.

The differences are pretty marginal tbh. It's a little less commercial and little more residential in appearance (i.e. less glazing). I couldn't glean any hint on when it'll start construction, but it'd be quite something to see this and 88 O'Connell going up at the same time.

That variation makes it look better for the area.
