29/11/2020 view from ward St at rear, ramp goes down to first basement then loops around service core to ramp down to second basement. Once these are complete, progress should speed up on the above ground floors.

Work has resumed on this site after the Christmas break. picture Saturday 16/1/2021 shows precast concrete panels being lifted into place on the second level (above ground). These panels are pale cream colour, which would match surrounding buildings (if this is the final colour scheme).

This project has now topped out as at 26/6/2021. You can just make out the pine tree on the left hand side of the service cote. Picture from further east in Ward St. Picture quality not the best due to weather and late in the day.

Is the 16 levels of this building taller than the 15 levels that is "too tall" for North Adelaide in O'Connell Street? I realise it's a bit further downhill so might not be as prominent when looking at the entire city.

Both sites same altitude above sea level within a few metres.
FYI - the entire length of O'Connell Street between Brougham Place and Barton Terrace West is the same altitude at any point along its length within the (approx) 55-60 metre above sea level mark.
