Since when is there a 200m observation tower vision?

If it's that decades old one, what's the point of including it and not other never built talls?
Hi rev, thank you for the list of 'never built talls' you sent me. Much appreciated. I'm not sure where you got this additional tall, but since you insist on its inclusion, I'll comply with your request.
Since when did we have a 291m building proposed for Adelaide ever?
Never

If the Twin St proposal starts construction, are we at the point of declaring the balance of the skyline officially shifted from the area of the currie/grenfell/king william street intersection?

I think you need to shift 260 Flinders Street to its proper place in the hierarchy of talls. Otherwise thank you heaps for the effort of putting this diagram together.

One more very small change to your excellent diagram madelaide - I believe 115KWS is commercial, not residential. As Ho Really said, thanks for all your work on this!

Also since when did Twin Street become 130m, not 122m?

Twin Street Student Accommodation is actually 124.2 metres (AHD 169.5 metres). I think madelaide is just being generous.

Cheers

Which map link are you referring to? If it's outside the Sensational Adelaide website you'll need to contact the original poster.

Howdy all,

Click the link above for an interactive map of the projects happening within the Adelaide CBD, with all current buildings under construction approvals and approvals, with links back to the website of the actual project itself.

Here's a guide to the colour scheme:

Light Blue: Proposals
Dark Blue: Approvals
Green: Under Construction
Pink: News and Discussion
Orange: On Hold
Red: Cancelled
Purple: Vision
Black: Completed
Stars: Cranes

I'll try and keep it updated as new projects / information comes about.

Please feel free to correct me if there are any errors, projects missing, etc.
Map link is a 404 :(

Looks like the map was deleted from Google Maps by the user who created it. Sorry, we can't help with that unfortunately.

Not sure if that has been posted somewhere already, but state government is now providing a 3D map of developments in the metropolitan area:
