That is an extremely flattering perspective on that building - viewed from most other angles its not that attractive especially on the western side.

There was something submitted for what I guess is the hotel component of this on 30 July: "Variation to existing approved development, removal of 2 storey rooftop restaurant and replacement with single storey VIP rooms, reduction of building height by 3m."
