I read the announcement as relevant to the hotel only and not the residential apartments. Makes sense to delay the hotel opening if no one can travel in and stay. It says nothing about the residential component.

Practical Completion signed off with settlements to be 20th May. Unfortuneately as a purchaser living in Sydney I may have to wait a while before I can actually visit my new apartment.

Can I ask have you seen photos [or will they send them] so you can see how the apartment has turned out? And if you get any photos of the pool, common areas etc maybe you can post them?

I have a photo of an unfinished kitchen and the view from my unit se facing.. The pool belongs to the hotel and not the residential part, but hoping that it will be possible to negotiate a reasonable membership to use the Crowne Plaza's facilities. If I get anything worth sharing will certainly put them up on here. I have been following this site for almost a couple of years now since I put the deposit down. Really looking forward to eventually moving to Adelaide.

It's been doing that since it was lit up, definitely looks broken but it's been that way for months so who knows.

Interesting how this building is nearing completion and supposedly achieved Practical Completion but there is a big chunk of balustrade missing from Level 21 and 35. A little bird told me that it be that Kyren don't pay their bills and might be off to court? Wait to see what develops? Watch this space!!

The LED strip looks to have been fixed, it is now fully in sync. It also looks better when the floors below have some lights turned on.
