I think this will look okay once:

1. They start to get to the floors with the balconies, will make it less officy

2. Crown Plaza comes in and puts up some signage and does some minor works in the lower floors

3. They get to that green open floor around halfway, some colour would make a big difference

I don't find this too bad. It's not great either. Just a 6/10.

Any estimates on the height? I reckon 70 to 80 metres.

The floors are about level with Dwell, so however high that is. I think we definitely won't know how much of a winner or loser this will be until it is far closer to completion.

I noticed this morning that both Realm and Crowne Plaza will also be prominent and visible from Grenfell Street as well. I hadn't realised how many positions Realm would be visible from. With both of these on either side, it also goes a fair way to mitigating the blot that is Dwell. Neither of them obscures the building, however it appears that it will seem far less imposing when surrounded by larger buildings.

They're going to have to work mirracles on this to get it finished by the end of the year.

Real Estate.com says completion Feb 2020, move in Q1 2020. Does that mean the project has already slipped by a couple of months? The apartment building web site also says move in first quarter.

2020 has always been the estimated completion date for this project as far as I am aware. Even press articles on it going back to very early 2018 were saying 2020. It's got ~18 full levels to go, so allowing approximately a little over one week per floor which is reasonable I don't see why it wouldn't 'top out' just in time for the Xmas-New Year shutdown with another few months to complete external panels and internal fitout.

Realm and the Adelaidean both said they will finish by 2019 end. Please note that at this time of year construction
slows down rapidly due to inclement weather - the crane wasn't operating today. I would say middle of next year would be a
more likely finish time.

Completion has been set at Feb 2020 for a number of years now. At the rate they are going i don't see this being an issue either unless something unexpected comes up.
