Isn't this site part of the wider Law Courts precinct that's been subject to many visionary development proposals for law courts reform?

No this is in between Coglin and Market street.

Ah yep. Just saw on Google Maps. A rather small and awkwardly shaped site.

Wow. Real potential here for a nice little cluster if this, the Market St and the old queens arms development were to eventuate. Might help cover up Lot 11 or 13 on Coglin too which would be nice!

Yes good point this is directly opposite that monstrosity. Funnily enough one of Kyrens earliest high rise developments. Will be happy to see this one blocked form the West.

I think Adelaide definitely needs a bit of colour in the skyline, we have too much brown and beige as it stands.
