From today. Very clear to see that one development is more advanced than the other.

I'm not surprised that 48 Flavours rushed their opening, this project from my understanding (I know someone who purchased one of the apartments) is 6-months overdue... Not sure if there is footpath remediation as part of the finished product, but I would hope so. Also, considering the gap between the back of this building and the site boundary, I would love to see the developers build some townhouses to fill the massive void that now exists.

I believe town houses are being built behind the Southern tower. The basement was complete and groundfloor slab had been poured when I last went past two months ago.

Unsure if anything is planned behind the Northern tower

Always the negative angle, right on cue.

Not sure how stating facts is somehow negative? Remind me, what commentary of any worth have you actually contributed to this forum?
