Update 28/7/2018 work on the basement retaining walls and the basement floor is being concreted in sections starting from the northeren end (by the saved house).

12/8/2018 work starting on ground floor.

A large mobile crane has been installing precast wall panels along the eastern boundary .(Pity about the office building next door).

Flicking through the DAC report, stage 3 of this development will be 'Internal conservation and adaptive reuse works of existing State Heritage building'. The renders show the external facade receiving some TLC as well.
