I'm mostly serious - NOX/Spuybroek could do the Pea and Gehry could rework the 'Hoist (maybe next to Optus). West Terrace would also look amazing with a heap of organic mid-rises overlooking the parklands.

New renders to show some more detail that wasn't shown before.
Previous renders only showed it from afar...these renders show something else.

here we are hoping for a 40 storey building to be approved,and i see melbourne a getting a new tallest building 108 storeys.
