Yup, I was referring to the dirt pile. You can see it slightly in some of those shots, but it's a far more impressive sight from the Plant 4 balcony

Do you think that fill(ie Mt Bowden) has been kept to use as future fill for the pug hole sites nearby ie Ex~Gas Co land in Chief St?

Does anyone have a recent nearmap image of this area?
Big infrastructure investments are usually under-valued and & over-criticized while in the planning stage. It's much easier to envision the here and now costs and inconveniences, and far more difficult to imagine fully the eventual benefits.
