PRO: 330m Magic Tower Melbourne | Aus Tallest

Proposed in Melbourne, is a 60 storey 300 meter residential tower. If built it will be Australia's new tallest. Will also make it three 300m+ approved or U/C in Melbourne.

May's fools, obviously.

That plot of land is barely 10m by 10m.

It actually is a proposal, The Royal Society are behind it, and Grocon are the builders. Not sure if it's been submitted to whatever planning authority in Melbourne.
The Vics on SSC aren't confident it will actually go ahead.
