This building and realm stick out like a sore thumb. I preferred it before when we had Westpac House as the tallest
building and a nice pyramid skyline.

The pyramid was already violated by the tall ones on the left of the last photo.

Speaking of Westpac, it is amazing how much more of an impression that Adelaidean makes at ground level on Frome Road compared to what Westpac does on King William. It makes sense given that Wetspac doesn't directly front a main road, but even so I didn't expect the difference to feel quite that pronounced.

Adelaide has a New tallest building for the first time in 31 years. Adelaidean officially topped out today at 135m. Story on 9 news tonight at 6. Exciting stuff. Hopefully we won’t have to wait another 31 years for it to be surpassed.
Fantastic. Amazing to think we had three buildings 100m+ (Westpac, Grenfell Centre and Telstra) for more or less 30 years from 1988 to 2018. With Kodo's recent completion, Adelaidean topped out and Realm presumably not far off topping out as well, we'll double our 100m+ count to six in the space of about 18 months - plus of course Sofitel is well underway and will also join the list next year some time.
If you'd told me we'd have two towers taller than Westpac (barely, but still taller) back in 2012 or so I would have thought you were absolutely mad.

Westpac is wider and oblong which adds to the effect too
