An X-Convenience servo is being built at the corner of Leader Street and Goodwood Road. Horrible location for a servo.

Agreed. A stones throw from a train and tram station. Should be a multistory apartment building or similar

100%. Another planning mess and miss.

Local road capacity does not warrant a servo in this spot.

This is a giant missed opportunity. This site was the perfect chance to extend the Goodwood shopping strip across the tramline.

There’s 3 large marketing billboards up on the site now facing Ocean Boulevard, Brighton Road, although one blew down probably in the storm last week.

There’s a website too with “Sales Centre Coming 2023”.

Both the former Hungry Jack's buildings in Gepps Cross and Gilles Plains have been demolished.
A number of Caltex (Ampol) servos have been fenced & shuttered up as follows:

Para Hills West
Gilles Plains
South Plympton
Stepney
Collinswood
For starters, my avatar is the well-known Adelaide Aquatic Centre insignia from 1989.
