Demolition has progressed with mostly just the facade left. Covered in Synergy Construct signage too so I expect to see it go up quickly.

Will be great to see this and Market Square go up. Will be glad to see Grote St not be a low rise street in the centre of a CBD.

Well, they appear to have begun stripping out the interior of the building and there is a salvage skip bin on site. It is definitely not just the facade left - the structure of the building is still intact from what I could see this afternoon.

6 months ago, Multiplex were awarded the contract for Market Square - zip has happened for whatever reasons. Quite disappointing.
Synergy have started on the Victoria Tower project this week and will make great progress before Christmas. It's great to have a SA owned and managed company constructing this iconic building and also being active across the CBD

I made multiple attempts to contact the selling agents on this one for a brochure. Was interested in more than just a looksee. No response. They probably had this thing sold off the plan to Chinese buyers.

That's interesting because they're still marketing it heavily across platforms (particularly Instagram).

I find it funny, we're going to have Victoria Tower, and then Victoria Square tower all on the same block.
Fk me, we really need height there. Hope it tops out asap

If you're talking about this one and the Central Market development, then they're actually on different blocks.

I think he means the proposed CLT hotel on Victoria square.
