if that's what it means its probably accurate
Adelaide is the best location in Australia to shoot a drama set in the 60s

I guess "place of death" is not much different to the early English name of Port Misery, but I agree it's not a good name from an acute medical ward.
Yep, hence why I pointed it out - a peculiar choice. I'd understand if the morgue had this as a sign or name.
