Does parliament sit between now and the election? I doubt it- and if that's the case it can't be repealed because it requires legislation.
Well seeing how they only sit for three to six days a month I thought they might get a few sessions in before the election is called. But apparently not. There's nothing on the calendar for 2010 yet.

Atkinson is moving to repeal the ["internet censorship"] section of the electoral act immediately, as suggested by Vickie Chapman:
