Thanks for the link Will. There are pics of construction updates on there for anyone interested. I noticed on Adelaide Now they are advertising this building as 8.1 star energy efficient.

Interesting to see that steel frame construction is being used above ground level (i.e. starting at 1st floor level). Up to level 3 (steel frame) at the moment.

Should be another project that goes up quickly then.
