Wonder how much money they're talking for say a 2 bedroom apartment?
Howie you can see the prices in the property report. But for those who cant be bothered looking here are the stats: 1 bedroom ranging from 63m-68m going for $299k-$499k. 2 bedroom ranging from 83m-89m going for $399k-$799k. Penthouses ranging from 96m-223m going for $1.5m-$3.5m.
So in summary bloody expensive.

Maybe, but if anything theyre probably gonna be even higher due to the high demand for cbd apartments. But even if they have changed, it would only be slightly, and im guessing that this still gives a pretty good indication as to what they will be.

I'd say its done a runner. Like anyone really thought the ACC would allow construction of a 98m 'giant' on their skyline.
