There was an article in today’s Advertiser saying it’s a $15m cost for the conversion by Bunnings & it should be open by mid 2020.
How much work is involved in the conversion that it costs that much money?
They tried to price match the green paint, but it's a slightly different SKU than what their competitors sell, so have to pay full price.

Anyone have any updates on the other 2 previously intended Masters sites (Parafield & Noarlunga)? If the mod could also change this thread title to Bunnings Adelaide Airport?

The Bunnings conversion is in full swing now. The green paint was being applied this morning.

The artist impressions of the Home Co centers remind me of Brickworks

For anyone who has been inside I'm curious to know if there are any differences between this and your typical new build Bunnings. For example, is there still air conditioning?

Went today. Looks like it had aircon. Spoke to a worker and said they have been open for 5 weeks! Kept it quiet with no grand opening due to Covid-19.
