No problem with the height, simply the decision not to incorporate it as one entire project or at-least coordinate the designs of both.

We end up with too many apartment names that are just fancy adjectives...

Good news.
You have to wonder whether it's the power of Chinese whispers or actual fake news, but two people who I've spoken to recently who work in the RAH are both under the impression that the WHOLE RAH site is to become a high school. Not just the Reid Building behind.

Almost opposite the new Calvary hospital is some sort of building going up on Angas Street. It's about five or six storeys, is clearly not done, yet there's no advertising signs, cranes or enough construction piles from what you'd expect to see. Anyone know what it is?

I was walking home today and noticed there is construction work happening on an old car park site on Stafford Street. I was told by a friend that there is some town houses being built in this part of the city somewhere but not sure if it's this particular site.
