The height of this is now around 115m, maybe it should have its own thread?
Description
Variation to DA 21020053 [DA 020/A012/16 V5]) for the construction of a car park over five (5) basement levels, a 27 level office and educational establishment tower and a retail building of up to three (3) levels, including minor changes to the design of the mixed-use tower, basement bicycle parking and building plant. The variation is for two (2) additional levels of office floor space with an associated increase in building height, external alterations to the tower façade and nomination of five (5) signage zones on the tower façade.
The Built facebook page is referring to this as 29 levels now. This would suggest these amendments have been approved and we are seeing the construction of a 29 level tower.
If so, the height is likely 116m now, considering the 3.75m floor-to-floor heights.

Those sculptures need their own RGB LED lighting on each one.

There will be a weekend-long opening party starting Friday where the full plaza will be opened to the public.

Ours are much smaller and intended to have plants grown all over them.

Couple of screengrabs of the water/mist feature from Lewis Brideson’s stories on Insta (if you’re quick, the vid is there for a while longer).

My opinion is it needs a permanent video screen there for major events a place where people can meet and watch big events live
