They were using it today. It looked like weight/load testing, which is done independently of the hirer/developer. Needs to be done before sign off for use.

Part of the ground floor was poured today as mentioned by Citywatcher. The core is several levels above the street level

Work has started at the ground floor level with some precast columns being installed at the western end by the existing Art Apartments. 10/5/2018.

Work on first Floor as at 17/5/2018. I don't think the first floor level covers the whole site?

No they don't, there will be a second tower on the remaining section os the site.

This is the area where the first floor does not cover the whole site right in front of the lift core. It appears that there will be a double height entrance foyer.

I'm a little surprised the builder hasn't installed any signage to the jump form....it seems to be a bit of a thing these days.
