Reminds me of Embassy/Horizons on North Tce (nice buildings imo).

I wrote this comment above a couple of months ago and other people have made the same comment. Is it possible
that they've copied the design of 'The Embassy' ?

Sorry ghs, no infringement of intellectual property intended.

I wondered about copyright of design when a smaller version of our Bicentennial Conservatory was built in Kew Gardens (Alpine House). There's also a Barcelona version of Foster's 30 St. Mary Axe/Swiss Re... didn't hear of any legal action but who knows?

I see this quote on heaps of things (like youtube clips) funnily enough, intention doesn't help in these things. :(

Sorry, I wasn't calling you a troll or under 15.

I just found the whole statement really strange that it was put on youtube so much.

No worries - I avoid youtube comments as much as Bieber these days.

Looking online it seems firms/designers are entitled to sue over copyright infringement but this design may be too generic. Maybe a thread for the pub is the transfer of title and reviving designs like 20-22 Currie St. or the original 51 Pirie St.
