I recall seeing something in the Tenders section in the Business Journal about a project at 150 Grenfell Street. Anyone know anything about this project?

The demolition for the one on the south-eastern corner of Hurtle Square is about to start, residents have been letterboxed with a start date 1st August. I think it's the 7 level one

They’ve just lodged two more applications for the two sites south of this one. A 12 level and 7 level. No doubt no ground floor activation again and the same cookie cutter design. A completely wasted opportunity and they have destroyed the possibility of activating a public square.

It is - but I guess shops are still better than an open air carpark!

Demo almost complete on the sixth hurtle and co site, so imagine this one will start construction soon.
