There was an amended application lodged in December. I understand they intend to proceed but the amended proposal has raised some concerns with SCAP. I’ll post about it in Twin street thread.

Reckon Modbury Hospital should replace Lyell McEwin in the metro list.

“Rose Park Apartments” will have a crane for a short period at the end of the year.

77-87 Franklin st is being demolished see general news section.

Some tower sections for a second crane have been installed this week on the narrow site at 11 Second St (up against the Bowden railway station). The actual small crane base was installed late last year.

Crane going up on Unley Road. Tower is up, no boom yet

My understanding is we're now at the all time highest record number of cranes in Adelaide at once. And it looks like the momentum is very much on the up, not down.

I thought we got to mid 20s when Adelaide Oval and the RAH were under construction? I could be wrong though!

Looking over the thread history, it looks like 19 was the highest ever - however, this was for the CBD only. We didn't count metropolitan at the time.

Flinders Medical Centre Tower has a tower crane (minus the boom) assembled on site now.
