This seems to be true, but I’ve never understood why. The south-west is one of the most attractive areas of the square mile and it’s close to the markets/Chinatown which I would have thought is a pretty big drawcard. I guess some parts of it are pretty isolated transport-wise, but that’s certainly not the case for KWS South.

Wonder if this one will use a mobile crane as well

16 levels, quite a small site. It'll have to be a tower crane.

Do we know if this is a steel framed structure or insitu concrete?

29/5/2024 picture of piling rig on site . There will be no basement level so footing piles have been dug over the whole site.
