I walked through the old plaza today and pretty much every shop is now vacant or packing up.
Strange that I kinda felt a bit nostalgic, as i've literally walked through there hundreds if not a thousand times over the years
But of course it will be a fantastic development for Adelaide when it's finished, it's stating the obvious that it needed a refresh.

Yeah I walked past today and they were emptying out the Sushi Train. Quite sad but can't wait for this one to start.

Drove by the Victoria Square entrance to the Market Arcade.
The entrance is blocked off and there is a Multiplex sign up

Well apparently they didn't really go to open market here and shipped these units off to offshore buyers, so I think they don't have all that big a hurdle to moving ahead. Maybe someone close to the market can provide insight on it?
