What's with there being no hoardings or protective..anything really, for pedestrians? Just a temporary fence on one side, nothing on the other side? Scaffolding over hanging a footpath open to the public?
Wouldn't think a temporary fence, many of which blow over in strong winds let alone if something heavy falls from above on a construction site..
Boards blocking up the lower levels..seen homeless and delinquents get through a lot tougher measures then that before
This whole thing looks and feels like one big backyarder job lol

I often wonder why there are no hoarding while they're craning massive slabs of concrete. Interestingly the tower crane I haven't seen used in weeks. They still use a temporary crane.

More indication it's being done on the cheap, not wanting to pay council charges for blocking off footpaths/roads.
