I personally like this version much more than the taller scheme.
A few extra levels would have been a bonus!

The main floor plates are up to level 14. Almost topped out.

They're aiming for completion of the super structure by mid-October.
I haven't been past for a while but I imagine the core would be very close to topping out if it hasn't already

The window panels look good, and seem to go well with the panels at the Marriott Hotel.

The facade so far does look better then the renders at least. But obviously the let down is it's just another box.

I wonder the chances of that building next door being demolished and replaced one day or the facade being retained and a tower rising above it.
