Thanks Ben. Yeah I know not much will have changed apart from the core pit and some more excavation.

Just good to get a different perspective on that one. That office of yours there has some great views at the moment that is for sure.

What a difference these 3-4 developments are going to make on the entrance to the city. It seems really good fortune that so many exciting buildings are getting underway and that the CBD is at last growing and prosperous.

Now it needs one to match the Optus bldg on the other side of KWS. I gather the idea has surfaced some time in the past for this to take place. A little like the idea of two bldgs just opposite of where the world trade centre was. Both had shallow green domes as the roof shape. Both on corners. Looked V. impressive.
