This site has remained unchanged for months. These last few days the site has been levelled, so maybe something is about to happen. Let's see, as this will be a nice addition to the west side of the CBD

Looks like its going to used as a car park.

There are survey pegs on the 4 corners of the property now.

Hopefully something will happen soon - this would be a good development

Brother, if they were about to start construction then why level the site completely flat ?

I'm sorry, do you know how construction works?

They level the site and add the survey pegs before they start digging the piles or trench the site.

One reason to level and compact the site is that piling rigs need a flat compact surface to operate on -these being quite heavy machines.

Steel metal piling cages were delivered to the site today so expect piling to start any day now.


Also, local businesses were notified of changes to the road out the front, plus hoarding will be going up on the 16th March.

Never heard of uprojects, nor can I find a website other than a residential home builder in NSW.
