Once autonomous electric cars take over and cars become TaaS, probably in the 2030's, car parks as we know it shouldn't be required in the same format or quantity as today, and with Adelaide CBD having more car parks than either Sydney or Melbourne CBD''s, the ACC would be right to get ahead of the curve and start a 10-20 year plan on the best ways to capture the economic rent of these prime positions, starting with this site as a good starting point.
