The bridge is in and in use.
Underneath looks fairly complete also.
Foot bridge is in and looks complete.
Most landscaping looks complete.

Apparently R2P is several months ahead of schedule.

hopefully all the experience gained from all the recent projects using prefab bridge spans will flow on to level crossing removals

Footbridge is open but is only accessible via the ramps.
For some reason the stairs are closed off and have been pretty much since it opened.
Number of workers around the place seems to have reduced substantially in the last couple of weeks.

Agreed, and hopefully the 'rail over road' option is selected for Brighton Road.

It would be great to see level crossing removals addressed around Adelaide, like you say there's a lot of recent experience do doing a bunch together in the near future is probably one of the most affordable times to do it.

Also looks like Polonia Reserve is starting to get restored.

Pretty much all that's left to do, in terms of the motorist experience, is to activate the ITS and get the speed up to 80km/h. Hopefully it won't be too long before that happens.

We need an agency like the Level Crossing Removal Project in Melbourne.

DIT have just released a Community Survey, including high level project maps for the tunnel entrances & exits on their website, along with details of project displays at venues along the corridor:

Here's the map for reference

Looks like the plan to move to 3 lanes in each direction is confirmed.

The interface with the tram line stop will be very interesting.

The map also indicates that the Emerson Overpass will remain in place. So maybe the Seaford Line will remain as-is or will have to be in a shallow trench.

Emerson Overpass should be demolished and completely reconfigured. The train line NEEDS to be lowered beneath South and Cross (I doubt they’d be able to excavate around the current overpass, but if they can great!). And either now or when Cross Road is eventually upgraded to a motorway there needs to be a full access interchange between South and Cross for uninterrupted SEF access. The train line is already a huge problem on Cross Road at peak hour, we can’t afford to do nothing.

Looks like a mess between Sir Donald Bradman Drive and Cross Road.

Agree about dropping the Seaford Line to below surface level - but a more comprehensive plan is needed for the area.

If someone is coming from the North and going to the airport, it looks like they will have to get off the motorway at Port Road. That puts another five traffic lights in their way. Unless they build a Richmond Road airport entrance, it's no different to the current route.

Also it looks like they will cut my beloved Keswick Creek in half. What will happen to it? Will they pump it under the motorway?

I'd like to see a bit more information on this, "Airport Link". What is it? I can't see how this new tunnel/motorway is supposed to "link" with the airport apart from just using the existing roads (Sir Donald Bradman, Richmond and Henley Beach)? Anyone found any more info on it?

I don't think much has been publicly released yet, but based on previous mentions of things it seems like the idea might be for more airport traffic to use Richmond Road.
