Far out, that is quite thin.

Driving east along North Tce and the Switch is looking surprisingly inoffensive, if a little bit interesting, with the shadowing cast by the fins on the west face…I don’t hate it….

One of the exterior fins is broken apparently

The broken or missing fin could be deliberate to allow for a sign ?

Don't you love that, the top level shows that this building was capable of having big, reasonably glazed windows the whole way around the building.

This building triggers my OCD.

It's not neatly divided into thirds as it would seem between the black sections.

The first bit is a podium of 3 levels, with 10 levels above that. The second bit has 10 levels, and the last top bit has 9 levels.

The back of the building, facing Rundle Mall side, the window offset on the left side is completely wrong as well.

Jesus, you’re correct about the left side of the building facing Rundle being atrocious

Its still not as bad as that dogs breakfast down Waymouth St but its very close. There is nothing redeeming about this building at all and to think they are using such a beautiful building as its street level façade

hopefully some nice looking tall developments are approved around that area to overshadow this building. Dwell on the East End is less prominent now that the Adelaidean diverts the attention away. Hopefully it will be the same for this one.
