I can also see that the floor plate slip form is being removed on the eastern side. Just the upper gold crown, lower car park screening and last concrete painting to go until it's externally visually complete!

Thanks for all the photos for those that post them. It’s impressive watching Adelaide grow from afar, and the annual visit, there’s always lots of change now. This one.. nice to see this strip bulking up., but architecturally… nothing remarkable.. again. At least most new developments in SA are finally using higher quality, reflective coated glass.. which makes the city sparkle more.

Judging by the renders on the synergy website, which shows a more updated concept that better aligns with what has been built, it appears if the gold banding at the top has been removed.

The carpark facade looks really good! Did you happen to see the brick facade too on the Grote Street frontage, that's turning out really well too!

Thanks for the pics everyone!

I think it's a bit of a shame the eastern side hasn't turned out like the render..

Agree 100%. That and at the back look ugly as... it is what it is.

The covering for the car park and the Grote Street frontage brickwork are both looking pretty good - difficult to get photos that are clear enough to see the effect.

This is finishing off well and a great effort in under 2 years by an Adelaide based builder.

Eh, I may be in a minority here but I think the faux gold has been done to death and it never looked good just tacky.
