So this one is 25 + G + B = 27 levels?

I think that's right. I'm not 100% on the height as it seems similar to Telstra but could be the angle. Here is a pic i took yesterday.

Too bad they didn't put another upper chamfer on the the north face. :(

So this as a final product will definitely be taller than the approx 90m first thought?

Agreed - probably my one (minor) disappointment with this building.

I think this one has made me much more comfortable with the idea of lots of slim talls being built on the various small plots around the city. Kind of pays homage in a way to New York City :)

Have you guys checked out the 115KWS site? It says 27 levels... but also says 86m. Something doesn't add up! And it looks like the render/design is slightly outdated too.

Yes, not really sure what the final height is although based on 'per height' floors 90m would make more sense than 86m - as you say, it is definitely 27 levels albeit 26 above ground. Shame the DAC archive is a bunch of PDFs that seem frustratingly incomplete or difficult to search.

The earlier renders often show the chamfered edge facing north (albeit with an 'artists impression only' warning usually) when in reality it looks like they shifted it to the south facing side.

I thought Ben said that a worker told him it was ground floor +26 levels, which I took to mean 27 above ground (excluding basements). But is one of those actually a basement?

Would be good if we could get some confirmation as we may have a new 4th tallest. Judging from Plasmatron's picture on the last page, it looks just a little bit shorter than Australis House, but with one core rise left to go. But Australis House is further east than this building so it appears taller. I suspect this one is at least 94m tall. Looks almost as tall as the ANZ spire which is apparently 99m.

In any case, it's good to see something new changing the skyline from the east, and I think they made the right decision putting the glass chamfer on the southern side given the prominence from Victoria Square, but why couldn't we have one on both sides?

The crane is just lifting in one of the south side wall panels for level 23 this morning around noon. (16 Apr 16).

It seems there is confusion regarding the height of this building. To clarify the situation, the building will be 90.57m tall.

Cheers. I don't doubt you, but can you please post a source for that (building plan, document on the web somewhere or whatever it is? I'd be interested to see.

I guess this one is our fifth tallest then? I assume Australis House is exactly 91m? That's a tad disappointing.

Sorry if this has already been answered, but who are the tenants for the building? I assume/hope that once the building is finished a massive 'for lease' sign won't be planted there for years to come...

There's probably anywhere between 25 to 50 tenants - it's been marketed and sold as a 'per floor' proposition with options for dividing floors into two separate offices. I can't speak for individual owners or the developers putting up a for lease sign for select offices though.

It's rather like the Aurora on Pirie ownership design (intended for lots of small companies rather than one or two large companies)

The building was initially proposed at 87.22m, with an average floor-to-floor height of 3.35m. In August 2015, the DAC approved an extra floor, which thus increased the height to the current 90.57m.

And sorry, to be pedantic, but spires are considered part of the structure of the building, hence this will be our 6th tallest building, as City Central Tower 1 is 99m tall.
