It says retrospective so potentially the carpark there now has not been approved. It would have been there for about 4 years too.

No update on their website either - still listed as "coming soon", which has been the case for over a year. Not sure why the delay and lack of info about when "soon" is.
This strikes me as an overly ambitious project for Adelaide, especially given its relatively isolated location. It would be brilliant if it happens but I will believe it when I see it.

The land seems to be associated with Kennards.
Development on this site looked to be unbacked (not financed) and not a great deal more than a boost in land value from a hypothetical DA.

Tim Gurner of Gurner group is one of the wealthiest people in Australia so not sure where you’re getting that information.
