If you look back in the thread the application was put on hold.

Not sure really, the developers pulled the application.

It appears that the developers did not actually withdraw this application, but rather it persisted.

I was having a browse of the ACC website, and found that the ACC REJECTED this proposal on February 16 of this year.

The reasons as to why it was denied planning approval are unkown, however it is interesting to note that the other high-rise proposal by Pascot at 105 Waymouth Street was also REJECTED by the ACC.

Will these were rejected because the developers did not pay the fees within the allocated time. Therefore were withdrawn.

Exciting news, although I think, someone is being a tad optimistic with the 125m figure. At 25 levels, it will be more like 105m. But that's still great!

There's not really any information on those developers on Google - are we confident this is going to go ahead? I wouldn't get carried away.
