oh cheers... DA restrictions? financial?
Will these were rejected because the developers did not pay the fees within the allocated time. Therefore were withdrawn. Will wrote:It appears that the developers did not actually withdraw this application, but rather it persisted.
I was having a browse of the ACC website, and found that the ACC REJECTED this proposal on February 16 of this year.
The reasons as to why it was denied planning approval are unkown, however it is interesting to note that the other high-rise proposal by Pascot at 105 Waymouth Street was also REJECTED by the ACC.
Type: Application Assessed on Merit
Application Number: DA/211/2010
Lodgement Date: 18/03/2010
Location: 113-115 King William Street, ADELAIDE SA 5000
Description: Demolish existing building and construct 25 Level Office building with Ground Floor retail.
I'm going by the Currie St proposal Will. Give or take 10m.Will wrote:Exciting news, although I think, someone is being a tad optimistic with the 125m figure. At 25 levels, it will be more like 105m. But that's still great!
But the Currie Street proposal was 31 levels.Ben wrote:I'm going by the Currie St proposal Will. Give or take 10m.Will wrote:Exciting news, although I think, someone is being a tad optimistic with the 125m figure. At 25 levels, it will be more like 105m. But that's still great!
