At $3.15 million per apartment, the sales are going to be slow. Very slow actually. I wouldn't put money on
this one starting up anytime soon.

I think that is why they are advertising for the commercial component now. Having said that this has gone quiet so not sure of the reason. I'll try and find out more.

You can see in the pic that the door to 203 north terrace is open so I would think it would be more to do with
that.

I wouldve also assumed that this is for the tram extension so interesting to see that the doors are open...

As far as I am aware, the DA for this site has now lapsed and they will need to resubmit but there are revised plans for the site so perhaps this is imminent.

That's a 3D laser scanner. Definitely not for the tram extension

I don't understand the blank walls on this one. There will be no building butting up against in future as the base building is much wider than this proposal.
They could have done a lot more with the design I feel. Whilst I like the front, I wish the sides had more consideration.
It's really sad how little these North Terrace developments are considered. There are a lot of great buildings under 100m going up in our neighbouring cities and yet we either get glass boxes or massive blank walls.

Surveyors are back on site. Something is definitely happening...
