It's actually taller than it looks but because I only have access to Paint it compressed it. But you get the idea. Looks good for student accomodation. This is the site of the former Kathmandu store.

Yeh that was me. Thought it was time it had it's own now it's got plans ect and actually happening - hopefully.

Although hard to tell from the render, the proposal does include 1 retail tenancy fronting Pirie Street.

At 28.9m, the building will be almost as high as the Tivoli Apartments. And with the building's slender form, I think that it will look rather high, and contribute to the density of the area.

I wonder if the NIMBY'S will claim that this building should be saved from demolition. There is probably like one NIMBY who shops there, but they will claim that everyone does.
