Nope it’s just a crane set up in the Titan Cranes yard. Not exactly sure why, but it’s not for any new construction activity.

Correct me if I am wrong but there is no requirement for a crane to be involved in construction activity in order for it to be included in the crane count. So really count should be increased by 1.

There is a Yellow hammer head crane (in pieces not set up) at Nicks Cranes Storage yard Cormack Rd Wingfield which part of their crane hire fleet. Some times crane hire companies assemble cranes on site for maintenance purposes or for certification (to show they are in working order) or for training purposes. they should not be counted in any totals.

Flinders medical research project crane. This crane has quite a long reach. Note there is a second base already installed for another crane.

Second crane in Pirie St came down this weekend (9/4/22) but second crane complete at Flinders Medical Centre so total cranes remains at 18
