Sportsgirl have closed their RMP shopfront, JR Surf have moved a few doors down, leaving the old Jay Jays and JR Surf shopfronts in Rundle Central empty (massive footprint), Terry White Chemist in Rundle Square have downsized their shopfront too.

If it's like other Uniqlo stores in Perth and Brisbane, I suspect this will occupy part of two levels, and they will cut out part of the ground floor slab to put in escalators between ground and lower ground.

Yes, this is my suspicion. Though it could just as easily go up if Rebel consolidates as expected into the former Dymocks building. It wouldn't be unprecedented, either -- I'm pretty sure the Virgin Megastore was two level in this location when the Myer Centre first opened.

They did - and I'm pretty sure Rebel also held a similar two story space when they first opened in the centre.

I think you may be right, the tenancy across from Lush has also vacanted.

Boost Juice have taken up the space recently made available by the downsized Terry White Chemist in Rundle Square centre. I’m surprised centre management didn’t try and put them inside the centre by the entrance of Foodland.

Australian Geographic/bookstore have moved into the space where the temp Footlocker occupied.

Rebel Sport have begun defacing the facade of their new premises.

Given Rebel are building a new store in the mall this would be pretty plausible, and would make the store size in line with other Uni Qlo stores.
