I actually think it stands out quite nicely. Once they've finished painting white the surrounding pathways, trees, buildings and Supreme Court, the Central Market Arcade will definitely be the highlight to behold.

Jokes aside, that looks good. I'm glad they've avoided glass balustrades — Metal and concrete look much better (and infinitely easier to maintain).

The record is $5m for the Realm tower penthouse. It would be a record if they got over that.

Yep, I reckon the Realm penthouse you're talking about recently sold for $5.3 million. From memory I think the penthouse at the Wave building on Gilles Street has sold for slightly more than that.

Bean Bars last day is this Saturday. The book shop and clothes shop have a closing down sale on. Not that many places left trading in there now. The big Kawaii shop across the road has closed down and is for lease.
