I had a brief conversation a few months ago with the builder - I recall he said the concrete boom would go in first? Hopefully something installed by Christmas

The basement car part is around 2/3 excavated - then the foundation and lift well base to go. There seem to be some builders on site now (not just the Royal Park Salvage team).

Lots happening today on site.

The smaller excavators have been lifted out from the site and a truckload of piling cages delivered, for the central area of the basement. There is about a meter of excavation to go before the platform is installed and structural work can commence.

The crane is apparently a couple of months away, until they get the basement well underway. I recall them saying a concrete pump would be installed first.
