Read the plan. There's a 16-car stacker for 12 dwellings.

It looks fine, though I would have liked to see the concrete graphic continue in banding at the top and the balconies repeat the timber-look of the lower levels. It'd be good to see more happening down at Glenelg.

This was approved at the SCAP meeting last week with tenders in yesterdays paper already.

There's a piling rig on site, so possibly finally underway.

Unfortunately this development has been reduced to just 9 levels.

There was a bob cat on site clearing up weeds. Could be preliminary work?

Agree. Locations like this need more aggressive minimum height and density limits.

Yep, agree with the sentiment here. Such a waste of a prime site. I've said it before i'm surprised there aren't more apartments built at Glenelg as they always sell like hot cakes. I imagine the issue is sites don't become available that often.

A very stumpy and plain design and not a very good use of the land I think.

Honestly, for such a small plot, this is fine. It looks less awkward at this height IMO.

Agree with this. There’s plenty of future potential sites for development in Glenelg as well.
