Got this in the mail a couple of days ago. Will be interesting to see if this gets underway or not.

What a bizarre proposal.

Council haven't included any of the architectural plans. Am I missing something?

How could one conceivably lodge a representation if they wanted to?

It would be baseless without the plans drawn by Nic.

Presumably replaces the option they had for 75 KWS.

As for this proposal, nothing stunning, but improves the stub of a corner block and brings activity right next to the parklands. Build.

For anyone interested, the exact width of this property is 8.9 metres.

Final height of building 41.8 metres.

I would have thought it is a bit far for the Wyndham. Werent they looking at the city central sort of area.

Just me or are they, as far as development in Adelaide is concerned, the biggest tyre kickers in the business

They have heaps of brands. It will be one of their budget ones probably another Tryp or a Ramada to replace the failed kings head proposal.

I think they’ve just been unlucky partnering with amateur developers.

According to this article it has a name: Ramada Encore by Wyndham Adelaide, South Terrace

and will open in 2028.
