Walked past Datong's office on Pulteney Street earlier and they were removing the signage from the letter box etc. Guess that means that Dominator 1 is done for.

Jin Wei and Datong are separate businesses - they were just sharing admin resources locally. D1 is absolutely alive.

From Advertiser article today. CEG has announced that a Chinese hotel group has expressed a strong interest in the U2 site.

Article in the Tiser today says this site has been sold to the Chinese hotel developer who is “keen to build a Marriott Hotel” on the site.

Article talked about rumours of BE completing the build.. unless I read it wrong, the managing director of BE said there would be an announcement soon.
