I am hopeful that they have taken the 2 weeks + public holidays and will start work next Monday. The Marriot and Waymouth St apartment building sites are also still idle as well.

And - of course - no movement on Market Square. The next month will tell the story if that site is really going ahead.

They stopped working first week of December/last week of November so a longer break than usual. Marriot have been working this week. They’re finishing off the top floor glass works. Looks like it should be almost done today.

Yep, saw at least half a dozen people walking around in Synergy hi vis vests today.

Must have turned up after I left for work at 8 no one was there then and crane had not been used since early December.

I contacted Synergy via their Facebook - they say no problems and it is the normal Christmas break.

yes. I saw the crane moving Friday last week

Walked past yesterday and their were people around and crane movement. Also diggers working across the road on the central market site.
